- Regional Contracting Office-Hawaii, Fort Shafter, intends to award, on a sole source basis, to Bentley Systems, Inc. for procurement of a 75-Seat Federal Portfolio Server (FPS) License Manager on a server at the Information Systems Facility (ISF) located at Schofield Barracks, Island of Oahu, State of Hawaii. FPS is a unique software package from Bentley Systems Inc. Services can only be provided from the original source as this is a follow-on requirement for the continued provision of highly specialized services. THE REQUIREMENT WILL BE A FIRM FIXED PRICE (FFP) CONTRACT, CONSISTING OF ONE YEAR BASE PERIOD PLUS TWO 12-MONTH OPTION PERIODS.
