- Blanket Purchase Agreement Number W9128F-08-A-0025, South Dakota State Archeological Research Center, Rapid City, SD Posted date 27 August 2008 On or about 05 September 2008, this office will issue an Sole Source, Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the Site and/or File Search services and associated products on Townships and Ranges; and Cultural Resources Site monitoring/evaluation, as requested by the Contracting Officer for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District, Omaha, NE. This BPA will be issued under NAICS code 541720, Archeological Research and Development Services and Size Standard $6.50 Million. Please be advised of on-line registration requirement in the central Contractor Registration (CCR) database http://www.ccr.gov/ and directed solicitation provisions concerning electronic annual On-line Representations and Certification (ORCA) at Representations and Certifications are required to be updated annually as a minimum to keep information current, accurate and complete. The electronic annual representations and certifications are effective until one year from date of submission or update to ORCA.
