- Red Rock Visitor Center Bronze Sculptures - THIS IS A READVERTISEMENT OF NDR080039. Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to produce, deliver, and install realistic bronze sculptures with subtle colored patinas for an outdoor interpretive area at the Red Rock Canyon Visitor Center, located in Las Vegas, NV. The contractor shall be capable of providing all phases of bronze sculpture design, production, and delivery. This requirement allows for alternative offers utilizing cold-cast/resin/composite/Polytak or equivalent "bronze look." Delivery performance period is expected to be 10 months. This requirement is 100% small business set-aside. The solicitation will be available by electronic posting only and may be found at www.fedbizopps.gov. Offerors will be required to print the bidding documents for submission of their bids. The solicitation documents will be posted on or about September 5, 2008. Contractors are required to register or update their registration at the Central Contractor Registration website at www.ccr.gov in order to receive a contract award under this solicitation, and register or update their registration at the Online Representation and Certification Application website at http://orca.bpn.gov.
