This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number W31P4Q-08-Q-0063 is being issued as a request for quote; however, the US Army Aviation and Missile Command intends to issues a sole source award to TSI, Inc at 500 Cardigan Rd, Saint Paul, MN 55126-3903 for the purchase of the following M41 PATS Repair Parts: NOUN: TSI Saturator Block Assy, P/N: 1082468, QTY: 25, NOUN: TSI Optics Assy OH Kit, P/N: 1082474, QTY: 25, NOUN: TSI Bottom Case, Green, P/N: 1082481, QTY: 50, NOUN: TSI Case Top w/Switch, Green, P/N: 1082482, NOUN: TSI Cabinet Top, 8020, P/N: 1311411, QTY: 5, NOUN: TSI Bottom Case, 8020, P/N: 1311415, QTY: 20, NOUN: TSI Cab Top, 8020/N95 Mods, P/N: 1311452, QTY: 5, NOUN: Bottom Case 8020 w/N95, P/N: 1311453, QTY: 20, NOUN: HEPA Filter Assy, P/N: 1602066M, QTY: 200. Delivery shall be within 90 days after contract award with inspection/acceptance at destination and FOB origin. The provisions of FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52-212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 252-232-7003, 252-212-7001 applies to this solicitation. Payment will be made via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) in accordance with DFARS 252.232-7003. See numbered note 22.
