- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command at White Sands Missile Range, NM intends to award a contract pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 to Blue Earth Ecological Consultants, Inc., 1345 Pacheco Street, Santa Fe, NM 87505-3907. We have a requirement to update and finalize the 2002 draft report on White Sands Missile Range pupfish prepared by Blue Earth Ecological Consultants as a preliminary draft report. The report requires knowledge specific to the 2002 draft document, White Sands pupfish, ecological conditions and requirements of existing and potential habitats, the requirements and conditions of the White Sands Pupfish Conservation Agreement and the interagency White Sands Pupfish Conservation Team, and the requirements and conditions of the New Mexico Department of Game and Fish, and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
