- The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Synthes USA for Synthes Vet LCP and LC-DCP instrument and implantation sets to support its veterinary care mission for military working dogs, W81NWY82198440, NAICS 339112. The Government intends to procure these items on a sole source basis in accordance with the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 ( c ) (1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contrct with Synthes, 1301 Goshen Parkway, West Chester, PA 19380-5986. This acquisition will be processed under the commercial item procedures.
