- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICIATION. NO FURTHER SOLICIATION WILL BE ISSUED. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Q9840080284 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulations. (iv) This procurement is being issued as Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 334119 with a Small Business Size Standard of 1,000 employees. (v) The contractor shall provide the following items: 1) High Definition 1080p Projector, Christie HD405 brand name or equal, 1 eachSalient Characteristics:, 4000 lumens or greater Contrast ratio 1000:1 up to 7500:1 or greater, lamp life of 1000 hours or greater, Native HD 1920 x 1080 resolution with scaling for VGA to UXGA to accept all HD video sources, Digital signal with DVI and HDMI inputs and remote. 2) Long throw lens, Christie 38-809062-02 2.5-4.0 brand name or equal, 1 each Suitable for a throw distance of 36 feet to cover a viewing distance of 164 inches 3) HDMI cable, 1 each to connect Blu Ray HD player to projector. 4) Please ensure that all shipping charges (F.O.B. Destination) are included into the cost of the above items. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (ix) 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies. Quotes will be evaluated on lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). (x) Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at, 52.204-8, Annual Representations and Certifications and submit with its offer. (xi) Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
