- Description
- The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) intends to issue a sole source contract to Treehouse Software Inc., 409 Broad Street, Sewickley, PA 15143. This acquisition is for the purchase of Treehouse Software Licenses for the tRelational and Data Propagation System (DPS) products. These software licenses and enhancements are proprietary and are protected by copyright laws. No third party maintenance is authorized. Period of performance is September 3, 2008 through September 2, 2009 with one year of included maintenance/enhancements. The authority for other than full and open competition is FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). All responsible sources may submit a capability statement and/or quotation to Jason.whetsell@opm.gov. Submissions received no later than September 2, 2008 will be considered by the agency. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order. This is a small business set-aside.
