- Description
- The work involves construction of health clinics in two locations in Mali (Diari and Tanainait). Construction work executed by a firm originating from a different tribe or ethnic background to the one in the project location is viewed as threatening and unacceptable risk of negative actions or targeting would be born. The proposed contractor is a unique company in the region. It is the only responsible construction firm with the capability to perform the work and originates from the same ethnic background as the local community. For each location, the contractor shall furnish all labor transportation equipment materials and services necessary to construct a health clinic in accordance with Malian Ministry of Health approved blueprints. The health clinic will consist of six 6 rooms and one divided male/female latrine building. In addition the contractor will be responsible for installing the project dedication sign.
