Description

Seeking outside professional regulatory consulting services to assist the Government of Iraq (GOI) MOE to draft and develop modern electricity regulatory law as a predicate to attracting private investment from international power. The regulatory framework should be consistent with discussions and considerations previously undertaken on this matter with and by the European Union (EU), the Jordanian Electricity Regulatory Commission and the Egyptian Electric Utility and Consumer Protection Agency and United States Agency for International Development (USAID). The performance period will be 12 months from date of award.
