- The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, special tooling, test equipment and materials for maintenance and overhaul of the Radiator Gearbox. INPUT NSN: 1615-01-092-1987INPUT P/N: 70361-03004 70361-03004-102 83D99-3 1615-01-158-9514 70361-03004-103 OUTPUT NSN: 1615-01-158-9514OUTPUT P/N: 70361-03004-103 The proposed contractual action will be for a 5 year, firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, with a minimum quantity of 20 and a maximum of 600, including 100 each for FMS. This IS NOT a Critical Safety Item. This item is not a commercial item. Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR-1-1615-291), dated December 22, 2004, is required for this item. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-aside. All responsible small business sources may submit an offer that may be considered by the agency. The required production schedule is 20 per month. Input will be 30 days ARO. Output shall be 120 days ARO. Product Verification Audit is required. Firms that recognized and perform maintenance and overhaul on the required items described above are encouraged to identify themselves. No telephone or facsimile requests for solicitation will be accepted. REQUEST FOR SOLICITATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED BY EMAIL OR MAIL. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted depending upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not be closed prior to the closing date stated above.
