- The Contracting office at Altus Air Force Base invites area businesses and industry associations to a presentation on Installation Acquisition Transformation (IAT). IAT is an Air Force-wide initiative to modify contracting business practices at the Continental United States (CONUS) Installation level to create a more efficient acquisition process. Attendees can learn about the opportunities and changes the transformation brings to installation-level procurement. The meeting will be held on 9 September 2008 from 1:00 – 3:00 PM CST at the following address: Southwest Technology Center Frances Herron Room (Seminar Center) 711 W.
