- This posting constitutes the U.S. Military Academy's notice of intent to award on a sole source basis a purchase order to Wolfram Research, Inc., 100 Trade Center Drive, Champaign, IL, for Mathematica software licenses. The award amount is estimated to be $27,200. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirement. The applicaple NAICS Code is 511210, and the size standard is $25M. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. See Numbered Note 22. Insert 2 days in lieu of 45 days. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement upon receipt of response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. There will be no solicitation available.
