- The Wiesbaden Contracting Center intends to purchase stevedoring and related services for the ports at Poti and Batumi, Georgia. The subject competitive solicitation will result in a firm fixed price contract with indefinite delivery and indefinite quantity. The RFQ will be available on the website: http://www.usacce.army.mil/wcc/. Click on the Bid Board link at the top of the web page and look for the RFQ# and see the attachment thereof. The RFQ will be posted on or about August 28, 2008. Quotes will be due on September 8, 2008. Quotes must be received by 10:00 AM Central European Time. Quotes will be accepted by email at mike.miesel@us.army.mil or fax at 0049-611-816-2277. In accordance with the provisions of DFARS offerors must be registered in the CCR database. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make offerors ineligible for award. Offerors and contractors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via Internet at http://www.ccr.gov.
