- PR IQC08231009036 ISSUE DATE 10 SEP 08, CLOSING 10 OCT 08 This solicitation to result in an Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Quantity Contract for 1560-01-244-6256, Exhaust Extender, As. The resulting contract will be for a base and four option years. A flexible option is included. THIS IS A HUBZONE SET-ASIDE. Item Description is in accordance with Sikorsky Aircraft CAGE 78286, Drwing 70308-03611 Rev AH Dated 11DEC97 and AMCOM CAGE 81996 Procurement Package 70308-03611A Rev E Dated 01NOV04, P/N 70308-03611-042. The item is Item is critical application and configuration controlled. The drawing is export control restricted. Mylars apply and tooling is required to manufacture item. This solicitation is issued under full and open competition after exclusion of a source. A competitive drawing package is available at DSCR. Solicitation quantities are as follows: Guaranteed Minimum qty 12 each, base year only. Estimated Annual Quantity 48 each, Maximum Annual Quantity 96 each. Delivery order minimum 12 each, maximum 48 each. Terms are FOB Destination CONUS, Inspection/Acceptance Origin, Higher level inspection requirements apply. Contractor First Article Testing and Government Fit verification testing apply. Delivery is 340 DARO including FAT and FIT, 125 DARO if FAT/FIT waived. SB Progress Payments are included. SURGE requirements apply. SURGE PLT is 125 Days, MWR is 1. Electronic offers are not acceptable. The solicitation and technical data will be available on or about 10 SEP 08.
