- THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR XILINXPRODUCTIVITY ADVANTAGE PROGRAM. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in theirquote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a writtenamendment will not be issued.The purpose of this amendment is to change from small business to full and opencompetition. The due date for receipt of offers is 4:30pm on 09/04/2008 Eastern Time. Interestedorganizations may submit their quotes, capabilities, and qualifications to perform theeffort in writing to Jasmine.N.Jett@nasa.gov.Questions regarding this acquisition must be submitted in writing toJasmine.N.Jett@nasa.gov no later than 08/29/2008 Eastern Time.Companies shall provide the information stated in the synopsis/RFQ posted on the NASAAcquisition Internet Service (NAIS) on [ENTER DATE].
