- The RFQ's number: F1SEAD8206AG02, is issued as a RFQ for a firm-fixed price contract. Quotes will be evaluated using the criteria of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA.) The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the most current Federal Acquisition Circular and DFARS Change Notice (DCN). This acquisition will be set aside for small business. The NAICS code is: 334112 and the small business size standard is: 1000 employees. The acquisition is as follows: CLIN0001: Spectracom Rugged NetClock Network Time Server, with Option 06 (IRIG-B Input replaces GPS Input), provides IRIG-B, IRIG-E, NTP, 10 MHz, and 1 PPS outputs. Enhanced Security Package includes Web SSL, SSH, SCP, SFTP SNMP. New advanced features include: IPv4/IPv6 Dual Stack, IPSec, Syslog, LDAP, RADIUS, NTPv4, DHCP, and local/ user logs. Meets Mil-Std-810F and RoHS/UL/CSA/ CE certification. QTY (6) CLIN0002: PresenTense Windows Network Time Management SoftwarePackage for (20) Seats in (1) LAN QTY (6) CLIN0003: Spectracom model TPRO-PCI-U IRIG B Synchronized timing card. IRIG-A, IRIG-B, NASA36 timecode reader IRIG-B timecode generator Time-Tag input Programmable periodic output (pulse/Square wave) and interrupt capability Programmable start/stop time output and interrupt capability Freewheel capability 3.3V and 5.0V compliant (Note: Must be used with Spectracom Windows driver Opt 450-29: 9x/00/ME/XP/VI STA and Spectracom Linux driver Opt 450-30) QTY (10) CLIN0004: Windows driver for Spectracom model TPRO-PCI-U IRIG B Synchronized timing board. Designed for use with either 32 or 64 bit computers. Supports Windows/Vista and Multi processor/Multi Thread operation. Compatible with Linux Redhat Kernel 2.6.25 or earlier versions. QTY(1) Delivery and acceptance is at Edwards AFB CA 93524, FOB Destination.
