- Description
- The upgrade of NASA equipment tag# 2048512 plus six (6) untagged smaller unitsshould be done by the original manufacture, Innovative Scientific Solutions Inc (ISSI) ofDayton Ohio. These LED units have been specifically developed for the technique referredto as pressure or temperature sensitive paint (PSP, TSP). Stability, appropriate opticalfiltering and pulsed timing are critical to making accurate measurements in NASA testfacilities. The upgrade of these units to the latest light emitting diode technologywill provide a ten times increase in light intensity to excite the TSP/PSP needed for usein the supersonic test regime.ISSI having developed and built the LED units over thepast seven years has the only expertise to modify the current light sources andelectronics. Upgrade LM2 to LM2X-400 with both DC and short pulse driverUpgrade LM2 to LM2X-470 with both DC and short pulse driverUpgrade LM4X to LM4Z-400 with pulsed driver only750-ml UniFIB (price includes gov 10% discount)750-ml of binary FIB (price includes gov 10% discount)All appropriate Government clauses will be attached and made a part of the order when theorder is placed.
