- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this work and this solicitation is a request for a quote. The US Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 5 has a requirement for Fuel Heating Oil (#2) to be delivered to the Northeast Fishery Center located at 308 Washington Avenue, Lamar, PA 16848. It is estimated that 10,000 gallons are needed between the period 10/1/2008 through 05/31/2009, as requested. All offers must quote a per gallon delivered price for 10,000 gallons. This is a small business set-aside. The NAIC code for this work is 454311. The small business size standard is 50 employees. The following commercial clauses will be incorporated into the contract for this work: 52-212-3, Offeor Representations and Certifications-Commerical Items (to be completed and returned with the offer); 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commerical Items; 52.212-5 Contract Terms and conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items.52.204-7, Central Contractor Registration (Jul 2006) Clauses are available for download or review at: http://www.acqnet.gov/far/index.html or contact: Christopher Murphy at (413)253-8235.
