- The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), National Energy TechnologyLaboratory (NETL) intends to issue a competitive quotation, set aside for General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Supply Schedule (FSS), Professional Engineering Services (PES), Special Identification Number (SIN) 871-4 schedule holders for the National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) Morgantown, West Virginia. Only offerors holding the GSA SIN 871-4 schedule will be considered. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 541330 with a size standard of $4.5 million. This GSA Task Order will provide assessment, testing, and modeling services for the NETL Morgantown. The period of performance is thirty-six months from the date of award.
