- PR# 19425354, ISSUE DATE 12 SEP 08, CLOSING DATE 13 OCT 08 This solicitation to result in a firm fixed price, definite quantity contract for 1670-01-303-8437, Container Assembly, Parachute. Item Description is in accordance with P/N 60A114E2-53, Navair Drawing 60A114E2 (and Supports) and MIL-DTL-6645J, QPL 6645. Qualified Products List Applies. Item is critical application and Life Support. Export Control Applies. Solicitation is issued under Full and Open Competition after Exclusion of a Source based on QPL approved sources. Item requires First Article Testing and Production Lot Testing. Solicitation is issued unrestricted. The following terms apply: PRLI 0001 Quantity 151 each. Ship FOB Destination to New Cumberland PA, 17070. Inspection/Acceptance is Origin. Higher Inspection Requirements apply. Delivery is 190 DARO including FAT and PLT. Electronic offers are not acceptable. Solicitation will be available on or about 12 SEP 08 and may be obtained by going to https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. A Technical Data package is not available at DSCR. SPECIAL NOTE: The QPL has been converted to a QPD. The QPD contains errors. The QPL is no longer available on the internet. For the purpose of this solicitation, the applicable QPL has been attached to the solicitation and is available as an attachment in FedBizOpps. Please read page 2 of the solicitation carefully for information regarding the QPL.
