- The Document Automation and Publication Service, Bangor District, has a requirement for a large format scanner, Graphtec or Equal. To be considered for award, an “Equal” scanner must, at a minimum, meet the specifications stated at Section C to the RFQ, SA7065-08-Q-1007. A firm-fixed price contract is anticipated. This procurement is a unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 423430 and the small business size standard is 100 employees. Estimated cost is between $10,000 and $25,000. Please be advised of on-line registration requirement in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database http://www.ccr.gov. An Request for Bids solicitation package, including the minimum performance specifications is available at this Government website, http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. No paper copies will be issued. Interested parties should use the FedBizOpps [REGISTER TO RECEIVE NOTIFICATION] and [REGISTER AS AN INTERESTED VENDOR] feature which provides notification when additional RFQ related documents, if any, become available for download and all postings associated with the solicitation, thereafter.
