- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only publication. A written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M6700108T0107 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The documentation number is M20179-08-SS-00053. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. This solicitation is UNRESTRICTED. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 532111. Rental period/period of performance is from 17 SEPTEMBER 2008 through 10 October 2008 (24 days). Line Item #0001: Qty: 5, large SUV; Line Item #0002: Qty: 10, 12-passenger van; Line Item #0003: Qty: 6, large pickup trucks, F150 crew cab; Line Item #0004: Qty: 3, 12 to 16 stakebed trucks; Line Item #0005: Qty: 2, 15 parcel van box truck. These items are in support of 22d MEU, Camp Lejeune, NC. The vehicles are to be delivered to and picked up from Bldg. 2461A, Fort Picket Army National Guard Training Center, Blackstone, VA. The Government will award a contract resulting from this publication to the responsible offeror, whose quote conforms to the publication and is considered the best value. The Basis of Award will be based on Best Value to the Government. This solicitation is all or none. Please include companys cage code and tax ID.
