- This amendment is to address questions received regarding this combined synopsis/solicitation. Question: Should the bid include travel and lodging expenses to and from each location? Answer: Offerors quote should include the total cost to meet all requirements of the Statement of Work (SOW). A detailed breakdown of travel to the USCG air stations specified in 4.3 of the Statement of Work (SOW) and to provide the detailed survey reports as outlined in the SOW is not required. Question: Do we need to submit anything other than the 1449 (i.e. resumes etc.)? Answer: Resumes are not required, however, as stated in the SOW a qualified person shall be someone with a minimum of 5 years experience in the design and usage of fall protection systems. In addition, the contractor shall also provide examples of at least two (2) similar completed studies. Question: Is there currently a provider of this service to the USCG or is this a first time request? Answer: This is a first time request.
