- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. It is the government's intention to award this requirement using FAR Part 8 and FAR Subpart 13.5 procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Title/Description: Air Combat Command AMIC/PKA, Langley AFB, intends to purchase: two hundred twenty eight (228) Raptor 4X NSN 5855-01-465-2168, seventy eight (78) Raptor 6X NSN 5855-01-465-2170, two hundred twenty eight (228) PSQ 18A NSN 1010-01-516-0953, seventy six (76) Grip Stocks NSN 1005-01-541-1772, seven (7) QFEBX, five (5) QFELB, and thirty six (36) QFE4F. Please note if you are quoting on the Part Number given or on an equivalent (Equivalent must be approved prior to award). Please see attached spreadsheets for more detailed specifications. Please provide detailed description of the product with your quote. SCOPE: The contractor shall supply all items and Deliver FOB at the designated locations. The delivery date is 15 Dec 2008. Funds are presently available for this project. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.
