- The US Army Medical Command Southeast Region has a requirement for a Piezosurgery Dental Complete Kit. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for this requirement. The suggested contractor is Piezosurgery, Inc., 750 Communications Parkway, Columbus, Ohio 43214-1948. 1 each Piezosurgery Dental Complete Kit, part #: P2C1 consisting of the following component parts: 2 each handpiece and cord, part #: 3120023; 2 each K5 Insert wrench, part #: 2900052; 1 each surgical tray, part #: 2900041; 1 each basic kit # 1 (5 inserts: OT1, OT4, OT7, OP1 and OP3, plus tray) part #: 1520006; 1 each basic kit # 2 (5 inserts: EX1, EX2, EX3, EL1 and PS2, plus tray) part #: 1520007; 1 each infusion set for solution, part #: 290009A; 1 each hanger bar, part #: 1380002; 1 each easy touch foot pedal, part #: 2900020; 1 each carrying case, part #: 2850006; 1 each DFU and Operators manual and 1 each power cord. Shipping charges if applicable. This is not a request for proposal. However, companies that can provide an equal product must submit their technical capabilities to include technical specifications of their product, past performance information, price and delivery time. This information will be reviewed by the Government technical representatives for consideration for future requirements.
