- Service-disabled Veteran-owned Small Business set-aside The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Contracting and General Services Office (CGS) in Portland, Oregon has a requirement at the Ruby Lake National Wildlife Refuge (Elko County) in Ruby Valley, Nevada for two 26 gage metal roofs (approximately 4, 284 total square feet). Project magnitude: between $25,000 and $100,000. The selection process shall be "Best Value" (Experience, Past Performance, and Price) in accordance with FAR Clause 52.212-02 Evaluation - Commercial Items.
