- The Coast Guard intends to solicit, negotiate and award a sole-source procurement (under FAR authority 6.302) to Signal Intelligence, Inc., 2310 Shade Tree Lane, San Jose, CA 95131 for the following: Equipment for remote radio monitoring station upgrade. Includes two TenTec RX-331 rack mount digital HF Receivers, one Cisco 2811 VPN router, one Cisco 4 port Ethernet add-in card, one Cisco 2821 VPN router, one remote power controller, two RMA-II remote monitoring appliances, network cables, receiver to RMA audio cables, receiver to RMS RS-232 cables, rack slides for RMA units, rack support mounting brackets for TenTec receivers. Installation and configuration labor. Place of performance to be at contractor’s facility and at Coast Guard Island, Alameda, CA. The NAICS Code for this procurement 334290. The small business size standard is 750 Employees. The contract type will be a firm-fixed price. If no responses are received within fifteen (15) days with sufficient information to determine that another responsible source is available, negotiations will be conducted with Signal Intelligence Inc. Responses shall be in written form; either via fax or email. NO TELEPHONE INQURIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
