- B/W Digital Copier that can be connected to network, Clearwater National Forest, Clearwater County, Idaho. This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation AG-0276-S-08-0014 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. The clauses and provisions referenced in this solicitation can be found in full text form at http://www.arnet.gov/far. This is full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification code is 423420, Office Equipment Merchant Wholesalers. A quotation is requested for the following: ITEM 001: B/W Digital Copier that can be connected to our networks. (a) Rated for 100,000 copies per month. (b) With a large capacity main paper source. (c) With multiple paper sizes ( 8 ˝ x 11 through 11 x 17) and weights up to card stock. (d) Finishing (stapling, booklet, C- and Z-fold). (e) Ability to scan documents with output to our network file structure, (f) With warranty. ITEM 002: Maintenance agreement including toner, based on 100,000 copies per month. Include shipping and handling in quote. Contractor is also required to submit picture and/or descriptive literature of items listed above. Required delivery to be made to Clearwater National Forest, located at 12730 Highway 12, Orofino, ID 83544. All deliveries should be made on regular workdays (Monday through Friday) during business hours (8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. local time), excluding Federal Government holidays. Contractor shall have entire order ready for shipment and possession by Government by November 15, 2008. The provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items must be submitted. The clause 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors – Commercial Items, 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items, 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required Implement Statutes of Executive Orders Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition. Offers must be received by September 15, 2008 @ 4:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time at the Clearwater National Forest Supervisor’s Office, ATTN: Acquisition Management, 12730 Highway 12, Orofino, ID 83544.
