- Pre-solicitation notice for the purchase of: SPOT WELDER UPGRADE, P/N PMCR4STK Qty. 1 each The contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor-material and equipment necessary for the pick-up of the Spot Welder from Letterkenny Army Depot, the actual upgrade and subsequent delivery of the upgraded Spot Welder back to Letterkenny Army Depot. The government intends to issue a firm-fixed price type contract. The FOB point is Letterkenny Army Depot (destination). This will be a 100% Small Business Set-aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by this agency. See numbered note 1. Solicitation W911N2-08-T-0162. Issue date: O/A September 2, 2008. Closing date: O/A September 9, 2008. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. A copy of the solicitation can be downloaded from https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ on or about September 2, 2008.
