- The Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff Arkansas, has a requirement for an Environmental Chamber. The Technical Specifications shall establish criteria to procure, install, and test the chamber humidity and temperature controls. The chamber is to be located at building 32-510 at Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, Arkansas. The contractor shall prepare the installation site by providing all labor, packing and rubble disposal Purchase and install a properly sized breaker for Power Panel. Any other work required in order to provide an environmental chamber which meets specification requirements. This procurement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. NACIS Code 334516, size standard 500. Solicitation No. W911RP-08-T-0193 will be issued on or about 30 Aug 2008 with a closing date of 19 Sep 2008.
