Description

This is a combined solicitation/synopsis for commercial services. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP), solicitation number USCP 2008-R-0013. The proposed acquisition is issued full and open. The item being procured is: Pre-employment polygraph examination support for the United States Capitol Police (USCP) Personnel Investigations Section. See attached Statement of Work for more details and information pertaining to this solicitation. Offerors must comply with all instructions contained in the RFP. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT ACCEPT INCOMPLETE PROPOSALS. The award will be made to the responsible Offeror whose proposal provides the best overall value for the requirements described in this solicitation and is most advantageous to the USCP. The due date for all offers for this solicitation is 26-September-2008 at 12:00 P.M. EST. Offers received after this date and time will be considered as late submissions and will not be evaluated or considered.
