- Pest Management Services: Perform at the Lackland AFB Commissary, 2250 Foulois St, Lackland, TX 78236, Fort Polk Commissary, 7906 Colorado Ave, Fort Polk, LA 71459, and Dyess AFB Commissary, 250 Commissary Rd, Dyess, TX 79607. The Period of Performance is 11/1/08 through 10/31/09. This Request for Quotation will be issued on or about 9/4/08 with a tentative closing date of 9/19/08. The anticipated award date will be 10/3/08. This procurement is being issued on an unrestricted basis. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 561710 and the business size standard is $7 million. This RFQ will be available on www.fbo.gov under ODA (Other Defense Agencies). Potential offerors are encouraged to use this web site to obtain a copy of this RFQ.
