- Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source The Mission & Installation Contracting Command Center-McPherson intends to award a sole source contract, under the authority of 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A) -- Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Xotech LLC is the sole developer, distributor and provider of the CAVERS FAAST database systems. They are the proprietary owner of the data tables. Xotech is the only entity inextricably bound to the database where no other entity has access-ability, management capability, hosting facilities or network access to the FAAST database. This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is or will be available. Phone calls will not be accepted.
