- The 96th Contracting Squadron, Eglin AFB, FL, intends to solicit and award a sole source Firm-Fixed-Price contract for a FIRST-MW hyperspectral imaging sensor to Telops, Inc under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Anticipated award date is 29 August 2008. The North American Industry Classification System for this acquisition is 333314, small business size standard: 500 employees. This requirement was previously posted as a sources sought on fbo.gov, reference solicitation #: F1T0EB8129A001. Interested parties may submit their capabilities package to the email address below. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received within 3 calendar days of publication. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
