- USACE, Vicksburg District, Information Management Office, Automation-Communications Branch, proposes to issue a sole source purchase order open market to INX, 1955 Lakeway Drive, Suite 220, Lewisville, Texas 75057-6028 under authority 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) for a service contract for the maintenance of Cisco equipment. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all quotes received within seven (7) days after date of publication will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion to the Government. Synopsis published for information purposes only.
