- RFQ: FA4861-08-Q-B008 Training Requisites 08 1) TACTICAL DRIVING a) Professional driving skills used by secret service, SF, police and bodyguards b) Braking techniques and skid control maneuvers c) Surprise new off-road recovery techniques exclusively developed by CRI d) Handling multiple vehicles that are attempting to force the vehicle off road e) Understanding over/under steering a vehicle f) Dynamics of avoiding obstacles g) Dynamics of Convoy operations and practical application/drills h) Emergency braking and turns i) Barricade breeching 2) Evasive a) Escaping using a vehicle during a high speed pursuit without losing control of the vehicle b) Opening fire at a pursuing vehicle during a high-speed chase c) Maneuvering a vehicle through a realistic obstacle course during an emergency situation 3) Protective a) Evacuating the vehicle from a mob or paparazzi environment b) Evacuation of the vehicle during an ambush c) Performing the PIT Maneuver and countering the PIT Maneuver 4) Defensive a) Performing dynamic J-turns, L-turns, U-turns, reverse 270 and slalom b) Countering ambushes c) Vehicle escort d) Roadblocks e) Ramming various sizes of vehicles and obstacles f) Pushing vehicles and obstacles with a vehicle 5) Tactical ramming a) Ramming other vehicles blocking evacuation routes (forward and reverse ramming) b) Ramming other vehicles under fire and safely evacuating into another vehicle 6) Situational exercises simulating vehicular attacks a) Contact exercises in preventing the vehicle from being run off road or stopped b) Correct escaping maneuvers c) Taking control of the vehicle after the driver has been immobilized d) Split-second decision making drills e) Counter roadblocks and illegal checkpoint survival f) Driving under fire g) Emergency procedures h) Handling the vehicle in an obstacle course i) Deceptive terrorist traffic stops j) Correct functioning while in pursuit or being pursued k) Deception on the roadways l) High risk maneuvers m) Vehicle emergency procedures n) Vehicle modification o) Counter assassination driving and responding around vehicles (static and in motion) p) Final integrated drills 7) Dead Man Takeover Exercises a) Vehicle recovery with driver disabled (wounded, in shock, etc.) b) Gaining control of the steering wheel and pedals from the side and rear c) Performing evasive, offensive and defensive maneuvers including ramming, Pit d) maneuver and counter Pit Maneuver ("fishtailing") e) Maneuvering the vehicle around tight corners 8) Gaining control from the outside of a vehicle where all team members have been wounded (static and in-motion) a) Escaping from a pursuing vehicle 2) TACTICAL SHOOTING b) AK-47 familiarization c) 12 GA Shotgun familiarization d) AK-47 disassembling and assembling e) 12 GA Shotgun disassembling and assembling f) Ak-47 magazine change and shooting g) 12 GA Shotgun reloading and shooting h) Tactical Israeli Point Shooting i) Basic & Advanced CQB (Urban Warfare) j) Dynamic drills using handguns and assault rifle (M4, Shotguns, AK-47) k) Engaging various targets l) Shooting at moving targets (side, front, diagonal) m) Shooting from a moving vehicle (static and dynamic) n) Shooting at a moving vehicle o) Shooting in densely populated areas p) Shoot/don't shoot drills and exercises q) Using cover while shooting: left, right, above, below r) Simulative instinctive shooting s) Procedures for drawing weapons t) Quick recovery from weapon jams u) Shooting while injured and disoriented v) High emotional and mental pressure and tension exercises w) Shooting while blinded x) Shooting while in motion (running, walking) y) One hand magazine change z) Live fire exercises on a vehicle with various calibers (observing the proper area of the vehicle to take cover from shots)
