- The FAA has a requirement for construction of Manholes Sump Pumps/ Storm Drainage and Sewer System Replacement Project at Jacksonville Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC), Hilliard, FL. The work includes, but is not limited to, installation of five (5) sump pumps in five (5) manholes, installation of drain pipes and electrical conduit, replacement of accessible portions of sewer system in the Administration Wing Basement. The FAA anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract to one contractor. Estimated issue date for solicitation: 09/2/2008. Estimated due date for offers: 09/30/2008. Estimated start date for performance: 11/3/2008. The NAICS code for the acquisition is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. To be considered by award of this project, the contractor must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database (website:www.ccr.gov). Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts, receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.00.
