- Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to repair and paint the exterior siding, windows, and metal doors of the main building and shop building of the Hawaii Volcano Observatory located at Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, Hawaii, Hawaii. Work includes but is not limited to the installation of new clear cedar planking with some required customization. This request for quote (RFQ) will be issued and awarded pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program on an unrestricted basis. NAICS 238170 with a corresponding small business size standard of $13 Mil is applicable. The RFQ, including some drawings, pictures and statement of work (SOW), will be available electronically at the government point of entry (GPE) on or about 28 August 2008 and will be due on 10 September 2008 (see solicitation for verification). A site visit is tentatively set up for 9 Sept at 1000hrs (see solicitation for verification). The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
