- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. THERE IS NO FUNDING CURRENLTY AVAILABLE AND THERE IS NO GAURANTEE FUNDING WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR THIS PROCUREMENT. Solicitation FA5000-08-T-0013 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This is a Total Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code is 561621, Size standard is $11,500,000.00. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26 and Class Deviation 2005-o0001. The DFARS provisions and clauses are those in effect to DCN 20080812. Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, parts, and transportation necessary to provide services/supplies stated below: LI 0001 - Panasonic color dome cameras - V/F A/I Lens or equal (186 each) LI 0002 - Pelco (16) position camera power supplies or equal (12 each) LI 0003 - Pelco (32) position 1,000 Gig digital video recorders or equal (2 each) LI 0004 - View Sonic 19" flat screen monitor or equal (6 each) LI 0005 - All wires, connection & wire mold, conduit, and shipping/handling LI 0006 - All labor to run all wire, install all equipment and staff training for buildings 7053, 7079, 7113, 8001, and 8113 at Elmendorf AFB, AK; Full Installation of security system equipment, installation includes but not limited to: installation labor, programming, testing, training and any miscellaneous material. LI 0007 - Pelco (8) camera power supply (2 each) LI 0008 - Pelco (24) position 1,000 gig digital video recorder (6 each) LI 0009 - Pelco (8) position 500 gig digital video recorder (1 each) Intention of this procurement is to provide security system equipment for the Elmendorf AFB Dorms and Klondike Community Center. Delivery: FOB ELMENDORF AFB, ALASKA, requested delivery is no later than 45 Days ADC. FAR 52.203-3, Gratuities; FAR 52.203-6, Restrictions on Subcontractor Sales to the Government & Alt 1(Sep 2006). FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial items. Award will be made based on the low price/technically acceptable offer. The government reserves the right to make award on initial quote received without discussions. Each offeror shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications—Commercial Items with Alternate 1 with the offer.
