- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This purchase request document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. This acquisition is being conducted as a commercial item acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 12. This requirement is unrestricted and all responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered under NAICS code 811219 and the small business size standard is 6.5 Million. The requirements in this requistion are: CLIN 0001, Medical Maintenance on ABL820 Multi Profile System with Autocheck for 12 months; CLIN 0002, ABL 80 Reagents on as needed basis for 12 months. This requirement is for a 01 October 2008 thr 30 September 2009. Vendors shall comply with FAR clauses throughout this solicitation) can be viewed by accessing website http://farsite.hill.af.mil/. Maintenance on a monthly basis; FOB destination for the Pathology Department at Evans Army Community Hospital, 7500 Cochrane Circle, Ft Carson, CO 80913-7307. Report schedules are based on the Governments Fiscal Year cycle, regardless of the contract period of performance cycle. The current reporting requirement will be the period of performance not to exceed 12 months ending September 30, 2008.
