- The Bureau of Labor Statistics intends to issue an Open Market sole source contract under Simplified Acquisition Procedures with CoStar Realty Information, Inc.; 2 Bethesda Metro Center, Bethesda, MD 20814, to provide service to maintain a comprehensive database of non-residential buildings in the United States (including office, retail and industrial properties) suitable for use as a sampling frame. Total Cost for this purchase NTE 54,000.00. After extensive research, BLS has determined that the CoStar Group is the only establishment that maintains a comprehensive database of non-residential buildings in the U.S. (including office, retail, and industrial properties) suitable for use as a sampling frame. There are more than two million records (properties) in the database we are purchasing. For each record the following data elements will be provided: Name of building Type of building (retail, industrial, office) Property class Building address (street, city, state, zip) Property management firm Property manager name (person) Alphanumeric property manager ID (may be simple numbered list) Property manager address (street, city, state, zip) Property manager phone # Name of owner Owner address (street, city, state, zip) Rentable billing area (office, industrial), gross leasable area (retail), or equivalent size measure Average rent per square foot This notice of intent is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement is solely within the discretion of the Government. There is no RFP notice. For Information Purposes Only
