- The deadline for submission of offers has changed. Quotes are now due 27 Aug 08 at 1300 local time in the Contracting Office. Make arrangements prior to this date if you need to coordinate access to the base to submit your quote. Award will be made to the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable quote. Quotes will first be evaluated for price by the contrracting office and then for technical acceptability by the requiring activity. The project drawings and plans have been updated as well as the RFQ document to include additional information- see the updated RFQ, dated 20 Aug 08, for the details. Use this RFQ when submitting your quote to acknowledge your receipt of these changes.
