- Release Date: August 22, 2008 Closing Date: October 1, 2008 (10:00am Nairobi time) Subject: Solicitation Notice # 623-KE-08-009, entitled USAID Orphans and Vulnerable Children Scholarships Program in Kenya Dear interested parties: This is to inform you that USAID has released the Solicitation for the USAID Orphans and Vulnerable Children Scholarships Program in Kenya. Questions must be submitted NLT Monday, September 1, 2008, 10:00am (Kenya time) via email to codonnell@usaid.gov, wndinya@usaid.gov and cafrica@usaid.gov. The purpose of the requirement is to administer an $8.0 million USAID Scholarship Program for Orphans and Vulnerable Children in Kenya due to the HIV/AIDS pandemic.
