- This combined synopsis/ solicitation is in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) intends to award a firm-fixed purchase order for water delivery of five gallon bottles to Building 10 at the FLETC located at 1300 W. Richey Avenue, Artesia, New Mexico. The period of performance is October 1, 2008 – September 30, 2009. Upon initial delivery, the contractor shall supply a full complement of 350 five gallon bottles to building 10. Deliveries are required, as a minimum, on Tuesdays and Fridays. A full capacity of 350 bottles will be maintained. More frequent deliveries, in addition to Tuesdays and Fridays, may be required. Additional deliveries must arrive within three hours after a service call. This procurement is set aside for small businesses. Offerors are notified that the Government can cancel this service at any time by providing 30 days written notice before the cancellation date. Each offeror is required to enter into https://orca.bpn.gov/ its certifications and representation required by provision FAR 52.212-3 – Offeror Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items. FAR Clauses 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 are applicable to this acquisition. The following clauses are checked: FAR 52.219-6, 52.222-3, 52.222-19, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.225-1, 52.225-13, 52.232-33, and FAR 52.232-18. Availability of Funds.
