- NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: The Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), has requirement to secure the services of Office of the President Research Administration of The Regents of the University of California. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies and perform all work required to conduct a study entitled Cognitive testing of epilepsy questions for use on population-based surveys such as Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System and the California health Interview Survey (CHIS). CDC believes that The Regents of the University of California is the only source for this information. This notice is issued for informational purposes only. Any interested party may identify themselves to the contracting officer no later than five (5) days from the date of this announcement. Submit information to Priscilla Turner at pgt5@cdc.gov, Solicitation Number 2008-Q-10697. No solicitation will be issued. If no responses are received within 5 days, award will be made to the The Regents of the University of California 1111 Franklin St Fl 12, Oakland, CA 94607-5201. This procurement will not exceed the simplified acquisition threshold. Award will be made under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253 (c ) (1) without further notices being issued. All responses received shall be considered by the Government.
