- This advertisement is for the construction of a Main Post Office for lease back to the United States Postal Service. The desired building size is approximately 5,395 square feet of net interior space, with approximately 35,000 square feet of parking and maneuvering area. The total site size is approximately 94,931 square feet. Work includes but is not limited to, site clearing, earth work, site utilities and site improvements, concrete or asphalt paving and landscaping. Work also includes concrete foundation and slab on grade, masonry veneer on wood framing, typical interior finish out, loading dock equipment, plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilation and air conditioning complete and ready to use in accordance with the plans and specifications.
