- NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: The Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), has requirement to secure the services of President and Fellows of Harvard College. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies and perform all work required to conduct a study entitled Crossing Growth Percentiles in Infancy and Risk of Childhood Obesity: Extending the HMONSS. CDC believes that Hardvard College is the only source for this information. This notice is issued for informational purposes only. Any interested party may identify themselves to the contracting officer no later than five (5) days from the date of this announcement. Submit information to Priscilla Turner at pgt5@cdc.gov, Solicitation Number 2008-Q-10919. No solicitation will be issued. If no responses are received within 5 days, award will be made to the Harvard College, 25 Shattuck St, Boston, MA 02115. This procurement will not exceed the simplified acquisition threshold. Award will be made under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253 (c ) (1) without further notices being issued. All responses received shall be considered by the Government.
