- Site preparation and installation for a CO2 Laser Cutter acquired under a GSA contract. Negotiations to be conducted solely with Phillips Corp., the supplier of the laser cutter. This solicitation is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all quotes received by the closing date will be considered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This determination is solely within the discretion of the Government. No telephonic requests. Send all requests for solicitation package to glenda.simnacher@us.army.mil.
