- The National Marine Fisheries Science Center located at 166 Water Street, Woods Hole, MA. 02543 has a requirement for landscaping services to provide all labor, materials and equipment to construct a memorial park in accordance with the attached design and Statement of Work. In order to comply with the debt collection improvement act of 1966, all contractors must be registered in CCR contact the CCR website at www.ccr.gov/index.cfm. Authority 41 USC 253( c )(1). The FSC for this is 5660 and the NAICS Code is 561730. Interested vendors may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by September 3, 2008. This notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals. You must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the government.
